I know! Those animated GIFs totally slow down my page when people don't put them behind a cut. (Actually they slow down my page when I click on the cut, too, but that's of my own choice to click on the cut so I can't bitch too much about that one. LOL.)

Yes! Except they don't slow down my page as much as freeze it completely, forcing me to restart my computer and lose the seventy thousand tabs I already have up on Safari! *keysmash* Cursed internets, indeed. But thank you for the solidarity.
