No bits falling off, but the vampire did rip his arm off with not too much trouble, and I think they mentioned the smell at some point. (Or lack thereof, because of the relative freshness of his corpse.) I personally think the lack of bloodflow might, er, cause some problems in that arena, so. Rule 34 persists: someone has already wrote it.
Crazy-strong bromance ftw. To be honest, even if Zombie wasn't a zombie, I'd prefer it that way. It's so nice to find such a loving, sweet, codependent friendship in any source, especially to the degree of happiness and not-fucked-up-ed-ness that Hanna and Zombie have. Like, they love and care about each other, and don't feel that they have to wade through brambles because of it. & they have their secrets, yes, but their relationship seems so easy and ultimately not bothered by them - unlike, say, Holmes and Watson, or Clark and Lex, or any of the other intense bromancers.
